3. Community Engagement: Interact with our followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive and engaging community on our social media platforms.
4. Social Media Analytics: Analyze social media metrics and insights to identify trends, track the performance of posts, and provide recommendations for optimizing our social media strategy.
5. Research and Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to help improve our social media presence and audience engagement.
6. Collaborative Efforts: Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.
7. Competitive Analysis: Conduct research on competitors’ social media activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.
8. Reporting: Assist in preparing regular reports on social media performance and present findings to the team.

1. Education: Graduation or currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2. Knowledge of Social Media: Familiarity with major social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) and their respective best practices.
3. Creativity: Strong creative thinking and storytelling abilities to craft engaging and compelling content.
4. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with the online community and team members.
5. Analytical Skills: Basic understanding of social media analytics and the ability to interpret data to drive informed decision-making.
